Sara recently led Zendesk’s global presales teams as their Global Vice President. She puts customer experience above all else and is known to many as, “The Wonder Woman of Customer Service.”

Sara builds trusted relationships with her colleagues as well as prospects and customers.

Sara has held multiple leadership roles at SAP around the globe, supporting SMB, Large Enterprise, Strategic, Geographic and Industry segments.

As an active leader in the PreSales Collective (PSC) and PreSales Academy (PSA), she mentors and coaches amazing PreSales teams globally (America, EMEA and China).
