Misha runs the day-to-day operations for the Creative Sales Academy as its Academy Director. She established the Academy’s MAST curriculum; focusing on mindset, application (how-to), skill set and the toolset we keep professionally. Misha is responsible for ongoing course development and consults with companies looking to strategically improve their approach to curriculum and learning.

Misha understands how humans learn and applies that knowledge to businesses and organizations of all sizes. She especially appreciates when her expertise in emotional intelligence and human development help teams work harmoniously and resolve internal conflict. Misha brings her kind nature, calm demeanor, Bachelors in English, Masters in Education, Association of Montessori Internationale (AMI) diploma and over a decade of teaching to the Creative Sales Academy.

When she’s not running the Academy and tackling other strategic projects, you can find Misha creating beautiful pottery, playing music, reading (she’s a life-long learner), outdoors in nature with her pup and raising her two daughters.
