Our approach to Sales education

Our Academy Director is an expert in human development and how humans learn. She created our MAST Curriculum which separates each course into four segments; Mindset, Application (how to do something), Skill Set and Toolset.
We have taken inspiration from the mast of a ship. The mast has an important job: to support the sails, which allows the wind to propel the ship.
When you put into action what you learn in the courses, you will propel your Sales career in the shortest amount of time possible.
The Sales leaders who authored each course have walked the talk. They have decades of experience and are passionate about their course topics. They’re giving you their short cuts… the information they would want to know if they were you… sort of like cheat codes if you’re a gamer.
Each course is between 30-60 minutes long, and we don’t just give you the training, we put it into smaller bite-size segments with certification prompts between the segments to help you retain what you learn.
To provide ongoing support, community and networking, we have Slack channels by module (Sales, Closer, Sales Leader). When you complete one of the modules, including the certification prompts, you earn a certification badge and are added to the appropriate Slack channels.
